1.\u00a0Term\u00e9kek visszak\u00fcld\u00e9se
<\/em>1.1. Az \u00fcgyf\u00e9l a term\u00e9k \u00e1tv\u00e9tel\u00e9t\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 14 napt\u00e1ri napon bel\u00fcl indokl\u00e1s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl el\u00e1llhat a v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1st\u00f3l \u00e9s visszak\u00fcldheti a term\u00e9ket.
1.2. Az Elad\u00f3 k\u00f6teles kicser\u00e9lni vagy visszavenni a Vev\u0151 \u00e1ltal s\u00e9rtetlen csomagol\u00e1sban, v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1st igazol\u00f3 dokumentummal visszaadni k\u00edv\u00e1nt term\u00e9keket a k\u00e9zbes\u00edt\u00e9st\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 7 napon bel\u00fcl:
1.1.1. A JSC \"Baltic Nano Technologies\" irod\u00e1j\u00e1ban: Pramon\u0117s pr. 4K, Kaunas, Litv\u00e1nia
1.1.2. Venipak fut\u00e1rral. A sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si k\u00f6lts\u00e9gek nem visszat\u00e9r\u00edthet\u0151k. A Vev\u0151 a nem megfelel\u0151 term\u00e9ket saj\u00e1t maga juttatja vissza, vagy megfizeti a visszak\u00fcld\u00e9s k\u00f6lts\u00e9g\u00e9t.

Ha a Vev\u0151 a szerz\u0151d\u00e9s megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9se mellett d\u00f6nt, \u00e9s err\u0151l \u00e9rtes\u00edti az Elad\u00f3t, az \u00e9rtes\u00edt\u00e9s elk\u00fcld\u00e9s\u00e9nek napj\u00e1t\u00f3l elvesz\u00edti a term\u00e9k haszn\u00e1lat\u00e1nak jog\u00e1t. Az elk\u00fcld\u00e9s d\u00e1tum\u00e1t \u00e9s id\u0151pontj\u00e1t a Vev\u0151 \u00e1ltal k\u00fcld\u00f6tt \u00e9rtes\u00edt\u00e9s id\u0151pontja hat\u00e1rozza meg. Ha meg\u00e1llap\u00edthat\u00f3, hogy a term\u00e9ket az \u00e9rtes\u00edt\u00e9s elk\u00fcld\u00e9se ut\u00e1n haszn\u00e1lt\u00e1k, az Elad\u00f3 megtagadhatja a szerz\u0151d\u00e9s megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9s\u00e9t.
1.4. A Vev\u0151 akkor \u00e9lhet a visszak\u00fcld\u00e9s jog\u00e1val, ha a term\u00e9ket nem haszn\u00e1lt\u00e1k, eredeti csomagol\u00e1sa s\u00e9rtetlen, \u00e9s meg\u0151rizte \u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edt\u00e9sre alkalmas megjelen\u00e9s\u00e9t. A visszak\u00fcld\u00f6tt term\u00e9knek teljesnek kell lennie. A Vev\u0151 felel a term\u00e9k hi\u00e1nytalan \u00f6ssze\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1\u00e9rt \u00e9s csomagol\u00e1s\u00e1\u00e9rt. Ha a term\u00e9k hi\u00e1nyos vagy nem megfelel\u0151en csomagolt, az Elad\u00f3 vagy k\u00e9pvisel\u0151je megtagadhatja annak \u00e1tv\u00e9tel\u00e9t. A term\u00e9k vagy csomagol\u00e1sa megjelen\u00e9s\u00e9nek olyan v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sai, amelyek a term\u00e9k megvizsg\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1hoz sz\u00fcks\u00e9gesek voltak, nem tekinthet\u0151k l\u00e9nyeges megjelen\u00e9sbeli v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1snak.
1.5. Ha a megv\u00e1s\u00e1rolt term\u00e9k nem felel meg a min\u0151s\u00e9gi k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyeknek, az Elad\u00f3 a k\u00e9relem beny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1t\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 7 munkanapon bel\u00fcl k\u00f6teles megfelel\u0151 min\u0151s\u00e9g\u0171 term\u00e9kre cser\u00e9lni, \u00e1r\u00e1t ar\u00e1nyosan cs\u00f6kkenteni, vagy a term\u00e9k\u00e9rt \u00e9s sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1\u00e9rt fizetett \u00f6sszeget visszat\u00e9r\u00edteni. A visszak\u00fcld\u00f6tt term\u00e9knek s\u00e9rtetlen, eredeti csomagol\u00e1sban kell lennie. A Vev\u0151nek a term\u00e9k eredeti sz\u00e1ml\u00e1j\u00e1t, valamint a visszak\u00fcld\u00e9s ok\u00e1t megjel\u00f6l\u0151, kit\u00f6lt\u00f6tt \u00e9s al\u00e1\u00edrt visszak\u00fcld\u00e9si nyomtatv\u00e1nyt is be kell ny\u00fajtania.<\/p>

2.\u00a0Visszat\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9si felt\u00e9telek:
<\/em>A visszak\u00fcld\u00e9s feldolgoz\u00e1sa, a teljes min\u0151s\u00e9gellen\u0151rz\u00e9s \u00e9s a visszat\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9s j\u00f3v\u00e1hagy\u00e1sa ut\u00e1n az \u00f6sszeget 10 munkanapon bel\u00fcl az eredeti fizet\u00e9si m\u00f3dra t\u00e9r\u00edtj\u00fck vissza. A j\u00f3v\u00e1hagy\u00e1st k\u00f6vet\u0151en legfeljebb 14 munkanapot vegyen figyelembe, am\u00edg a visszat\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9s megjelenik a sz\u00e1ml\u00e1j\u00e1n. A szok\u00e1sos banki feldolgoz\u00e1si id\u0151k \u00e9rv\u00e9nyesek, amelyek ak\u00e1r egy teljes sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00e1si ciklust is ig\u00e9nybe vehetnek.<\/p>
